Answer Format: Postal Code

The Postal Code answer format will automatically validate the participant's response as a US Zip Code. Additionally, this format uses the number keyboard on mobile. This should be used when saving a response to the postal code PostalCode demographic field. 

The Postal Code Answer Format is only available using the "Standard Survey V2" survey type.

Placeholder 

The “watermark” text that should display for the form item before the participant enters an answer. If no placeholder is specified, participants will see a default placeholder.

Note: If you also specify a "Default Value," the placeholder text will not show up unless the participant first erases the default value.

When "Validation Pattern" is specified, this is the message that will be displayed if the participant enters an invalid value.
