The Postal Code answer format will automatically validate the participant's response as a US Zip Code. Additionally, this format uses the number keyboard on mobile. This should be used when saving a response to the postal code PostalCode demographic field.
The Postal Code Answer Format is only available using the "Standard Survey V2" survey type.
