The Consent Documents data export allows you to export PDFs of consent surveys completed by participants. Each PDF is contained in folders by Participant Identifier using the following path:
{ParticipantIdentifier}/{FileID}_{ConsentDate}.pdf
For example:
MDH-808/11360ab9-0fa7-45a7-ba89-9ced1a147b6e_20250103.pdf
The consent date is in the format YYYYMMDD (e.g., "_20250103" is 03-Jan-2025).
