Deleting a MyDataHelps Account

Participants can delete their MyDataHelps account directly through the app or by submitting an Account Deletion Request. For more information and detailed participant instructions, see our MyDataHelps Help Center article for Deleting your MyDataHelps account.

Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. Please refer to the MyDataHelps Privacy and Use Policy for further details.

Participant Record After Deletion

Once a participant has deleted their MyDataHelps account, they will no longer share data with the project; however, any data that was previously shared and exported will remain in the export database. Once deleted, the participant record will display as withdrawn within MyDataHelps Designer.
