Garmin Activity (FIT) File Export

Garmin Activities which were recorded with external sensors such as heart rate monitors, power meters, or cadence sensors may include a Flexible and Interoperable Data Transfer (FIT) file. Files are organized with a `GarminActivityFiles` folder as follows:

GarminActivityFiles/{ParticipantIdentifier}/{SummaryID}-file.fit

For example:

GarminActivityFiles/TST12345/10456836082-file.fit
