Periodically, CareEvolution will have system downtime while we upgrade our servers for new features and security updates. During system downtime, MyDataHelps and MyDataHelps Designer will be unavailable to users.
If a schedule would trigger during the system downtime, it will still run once the system is back up.
While we strive to have as little downtime as possible and schedule it for non-peak hours, you and your team may wish to receive advanced notice of a planned upcoming system downtime. If you would like to be added to our downtime notification distribution list, please contact us.
