While editing a survey you can adjust various settings to control how the survey is displayed to participants.

|Category||Category for your survey to more easily group surveys together for filtering when viewing all surveys.||"Baseline", "Follow-up", "Demographics"
|Results Can Be Deleted
||Denotes whether results from the survey can be deleted for the study team (with appropriate permissions).||Checked or unchecked
|Default Link Completion Follow Up||Action to take when this survey is completed via a link, if no other action is specified (for instance, in the notification).||Start Demographics Survey|
|Allow Embedded Survey Completion Via Link Identifier||
This is only necessary for using non-authenticated embedded surveys via the MyDataHelps SDK, or links generated using <%LinkIdentifier%> that do not require the participant to log in.
Survey links generated via notifications, expressions, or via the API do not require this to be selected.
