Oura Daily Stress Export Format

The Oura Daily Stress Export includes a summary of the number of minutes the wearer spends in high stress and high recovery each day.

Data Fields

DailyStressKey |
The unique key for this daily stress record, formatted as `ParticipantID_ID`. |
ParticipantID |
The stable, automatically generated, internal system identifier for this participant. Universally unique identifier (UUID). |
ParticipantIdentifier |
The identifier of the participant this record is for. Can be used to cross reference with Participants. |
InsertedDate |
The creation date of the entry, in ISO 8601 format. Is always in UTC. |
ID |

Day |
Day that the daily stress belongs to, in YYYY-MM-DD format. |
StressHigh |
Time spent in a high stress zone (top quartile of data), in seconds. |
RecoveryHigh |
Time spent in a high recovery zone (bottom quartile data), in seconds. |
DaySummary |
Stress summary of full day, either `"restored"`, `"normal"`, or`"stressful"`. |
