Survey Error on Home Tab

We noticed some errors when certain surveys were selected from the Home tab in the MyDataHelps app. When selecting these surveys from the Home tab we received an error message, but when selecting them from the Task tab they opened fine. Please advise.

    This issue is due to special characters being used in survey names. Please update all survey names to remove special characters (<,>,*,%,&,:,\,+). Once the survey names are updated, you should no longer receive an error message when accessing them via the "Home" tab.
