Incremental Data Export Failed / What do the incremental exports contain? Answered

Thejas Suvarna

It appears that the "Mar 13, 2022" incremental export failed.  How do I address this issue?

The set up instructions state, "The first incremental export includes all available project data; subsequent incremental exports will start from the end of the previous export (no gaps, no overlap)."  Can you confirm that the "Mar 10, 2022 10 PM to Mar 13, 2022 8 PM" incremental export contains all available project data at the time of the export?  I just want to check that my understanding of how it works is correct.

The first step when experiencing a data export failure is to contact CareEvolution at mdh-designer-support@careevolution.com. We can identify the cause for the failure and restart the export process.

It appears from this that the incremental export was enabled on March 21st. The first participant entered the study on March 10th. The first incremental export (containing all participant data from first participant to export enabling date) was broken into 5 parts to create export files with reasonable sizes.

Any subsequent exports would contain only the incremental data between the last export run and the current export run time.

To add, if the export successfully ran but failed to upload due to a connection error, you can click the button to retry the upload from the Export History tab.
