Preventing participant from Consenting after eligibility Answered

We were wondering if it is possible to add eligibility questions to the consent process, specifically after they create an account but before they see the consent forms? If so, would it be possible to automatically prevent that account from joining if they were deemed ineligible based on the eligibility questions? I believe we can do the first part on our own, but I’m not sure about the second part, if it needs to be done on your end or not, and if so, would you need to do the first part as well.

We recently released a new feature that lets you terminate a survey after a step is complete:
Here is how we might suggest leveraging it for your enrollment process:

If a participant is sent to the “Cancel and Discard” step, does it lock a participant’s account from signing the consent form in the future? If so, is there a way we could override it on our end if it was an accident?

No, it does not prevent a participant from consenting in the future. The easiest way to re-deliver the consent form to them would be to manually deliver the consent survey.
