Oura Export Overview
The following is a list of Oura data types currently available for collection from participants within MyDataHelps:
- Daily Summaries: Daily data summaries, including Activity, Cardiovascular Age, Readiness, Resilience, Sleep, SpO2, and Stress.
- Heart Rate: Time-series data collected throughout the day and night
- Rest Mode Periods: Oura's Rest Mode is a specialized feature designed for periods when your body requires additional recovery, such as during illness, injury, or heightened stress.
- Sleep and Sleep Time: Data collected for the wearer's sleep and optimized recommendations for bedtime based on previous data.
- Vo2 Max: Data collected on the maximum volume of oxygen a wearer can utilize during exercise.
- Workouts: Data on specific workouts and workout events, e.g. Total Energy Burned, Paused, etc.
- Device Wearer Specifics: Data that does not typically change over time, including Personal Info and Ring Configuration.
- Enhanced Tags: User-added context markers that provide additional insights about behaviors, events, or conditions affecting sleep, activity, and readiness.

Sessions: Guided or unguided mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises tracked by the Oura app to support relaxation and recovery.

Notifications: Additional details related to the exact timing when we received data updates
To enable Oura sensor data collection, navigate to the Sensor & EHR section of your project. To enable data exports, check the CSV or JSON box for Oura within the Data Export Settings.
