Oura Vo2 Max Export Format

The Oura VO2 Max Export contains data on VO2 Max, which measures the maximum volume of oxygen an individual can utilize during exercise.

Data Fields

Field Description
Vo2MaxKey The unique key for this Vo2 Max record, formatted as ParticipantID_ID.
ParticipantID The stable, automatically generated, internal system identifier for this participant. Universally unique identifier (UUID).
ParticipantIdentifier The identifier of the participant this Vo2 Max record is for. Can be used to cross reference with Participants.
InsertedDate The creation date of the entry, in ISO 8601 format. Is always in UTC.
ID A unique string identifier assigned to each data entry, received from Oura.
Day

Day that the estimate belongs to, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
Timestamp

Timestamp indicating when the estimate was created, in ISO 8601 format.
Vo2Max

VO2 max value.
