Participant Registered Export Format

The participant registered analytics event data export allows users to see details on participant registration to MyDataHelps.

Registration Complete

The Registration Complete file shows when actions are completed by participants and contains the following fields.

Field Description
ParticipantIdentifier The identifier of the participant the notification or survey was delivered to. Can be used to cross reference with Participants.
Timestamp The timestamp of when the provider search first occurred, in UTC.
ParticipantID The stable, automatically generated, internal system identifier for this participant. Universally unique identifier (UUID).
Email Email address provided at Registration.
Phone Phone number provided at Registration.
Step Action completed by participant (e.g., registration, password reset, joined a project).
ClientLocalTimestamp The time the survey step was viewed, in the participant's local time.
Platform Device used to register (e.g., web or app).
VisitorID Unique identifier attached to each visitor of MyDataHelps.
VisitID Unique identifier attached to each visit within MyDataHelps.
UtmSource Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) code is a simple code attached to a custom URL. In this case, it is used to identify the advertiser, site, publication, etc. that is sending traffic to register (e.g. google, newsletter). Refer to Wikipedia for more information about UTM Parameters.
UtmMedium Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) code is a simple code attached to a custom URL. In this case, it is used to track the advertising or marketing medium (e.g. email, newsletter, banner). Refer to Wikipedia for more information about UTM Parameters.
UtmCampaign Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) code is a simple code attached to a custom URL. In this case, it is used to track the campaign name, slogan, promo code. Refer to Wikipedia for more information about UTM Parameters.
UtmTerm Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) code is a simple code attached to a custom URL. In this case, it is used to identify paid search keywords. Refer to Wikipedia for more information about UTM Parameters.
UtmContent Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) code is a simple code attached to a custom URL. In this case, it is used to differentiate similar content or links within the same ad. Refer to Wikipedia for more information about UTM Parameters.
Fbclid Facebook click ID is a parameter associated with outbound links from Facebook. When a user clicks on a link from Facebook and is directed to registration, a unique ID (Fbclid) is associated with that event.
Ndclid Nextdoor click ID is a parameter associated with outbound links from Nextdoor. When a user clicks on a link from Nextdoor and is directed to registration, a unique ID (Ndclid) is associated with that event.
Gclid Google click ID is a parameter associated with outbound links from Google. When a user clicks on a link from Google and is directed to registration, a unique ID (Gclid) is associated with that event.

We don't modify UTM, Fbclid, Ndclid, or Gclid parameters, but just pass them along, as they might be useful for ad attribution.

Registration Step Viewed

The Registration Step Viewed file shows when registration steps were viewed by potential participants, and contains the following fields.

Field Description
