The MyDataHelps Designer team received a question about a research participant who's data was not displaying within the MyDataHelps app. If this occurs for one of your participants, you can troubleshoot device syncing issues by opening the participant chart within MyDataHelps Designer and navigating to the appropriate device data tab (Apple HealthKit in this case). You may often find that no data has been syncing or a participant has the wrong device as source!
In general, resetting the device connection between watch and device will correct these sync errors and once again display data within the MyDataHelps app.
